If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Precautions
- The Ocean Jet service may be suspended due to vessel maintenance, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons.
- Please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, a bath towel, and sandals.
- Storage space on the transfer vehicles in Kume Island is limited. Large luggage, such as suitcases, cannot be accommodated. We recommend bringing only a small day bag.
For safety reasons, guests with any of the following conditions are not permitted to participate:
- Cardiovascular or respiratory diseases
- High blood pressure
- Middle ear infections
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Liver disease
- Hangover
- Anyone who has consumed alcohol on the day of the tour
Participation may also be refused if our staff determine that your physical condition is not suitable on the day of the tour.
- Participants under 18 years of age must present a parental or guardian consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Due to sea conditions or weather, the Ocean Jet arrival time may be delayed, resulting in a shorter stay on Kume Island. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
- The Hateno hama Beach Tour may be shortened or cancelled depending on sea conditions. If the tour is cancelled, it will be replaced with an alternative sightseeing tour on Kume Island. No refunds or compensation will be provided for this change.
- Tours may also be cancelled due to rough seas or severe weather. In this case, guests will be notified as soon as possible. Tour fees will be refunded by bank transfer, minus any applicable bank transfer charges.
- The return Ocean Jet to Naha may be delayed due to weather or sea conditions. Guests with onward flights should allow plenty of time between the scheduled return and their flight departure. We cannot accept responsibility for missed flights.
- This is a day-trip package. The return Ocean Jet ticket must be used on the same day and cannot be changed to another date.
- Optional rentals and activities, including beach umbrellas and snorkeling equipment, are available on-site at special discounted prices.
- Children aged 3 years and under travel free of charge but will not be provided with a separate seat. They must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap during transportation.
- Swimming is fundamentally at your own risk. To ensure safety, swimming should be restricted to areas patrolled by lifeguards. Please note that wearing a life jacket is mandatory when snorkeling.
- Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of Travel before making your reservation.
Hateno hana Adventure Plan (Snorkeling Included)
- For safety reasons, children 6 years old and under and adults 66 years old and over are not permitted to participate in the snorkeling activity.
- Complimentary tour photos will be provided after the tour whenever possible. However, photo delivery cannot be guaranteed due to equipment malfunction or unforeseen circumstances.
- For safety reasons, the instructor reserves the right to refuse participation—even on the day of the tour—to anyone who is unable to follow safety instructions or communicate effectively.
