All equipment and safety gear required for the SUP experience are included in the base price.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price

Precautions
★Due to the limited buoyancy of the SUP boards, individuals weighing 90 kg or more cannot participate.
・Preschool-aged children must be accompanied by a guardian.
・The tour generally proceeds even in the rain; however, please note that it may be cancelled if the guide determines conditions are unsafe on-site.
・As there are often no restrooms near the activity site, please use the restroom before meeting for the tour.
・A minimum of two participants is required for the tour to take place.
・The eligible age range is 6 to 60 years old.
・Due to the limited number of clear SUP boards available, groups are restricted to a maximum of 4 participants.
・Depending on reservation status or sea conditions on the day of the tour, you may be provided with a standard SUP board instead.
・Drone photography will only be conducted if conditions—such as weather, wind speed, location, and aviation regulations—allow for safe flight. Please note that no refunds will be issued if flight operations are not possible.
(Drone photography is not included in the sunset tour.)
・Participation is not permitted for individuals who have consumed alcohol or are unwell.
・If you have a hearing impairment or are in the early stages of pregnancy, please consult with us before booking.
・Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions or those currently undergoing medical treatment cannot participate.
・We ask that you avoid bringing valuables whenever possible. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
・Photo data will be provided after the tour; however, please note that photography may not be possible due to equipment issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
・The number of photos and videos taken will vary depending on weather, sea conditions, the number of participants, and equipment status on the day of the tour.
