If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
Important Information
- The schedule will change from October 2026 onward.
- If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled. The decision will generally be made 2–3 days before the tour. We will contact you if the tour is cancelled.
- Please note that the time spent at each sightseeing location and the overall schedule may change depending on traffic and road conditions on the day.
- Lunch is not included. Please use your free time at each sightseeing location to have lunch on your own.
- The Super Eisa Show at Okinawa World is scheduled for 10:30–11:00, 12:30–13:00, and 14:30–15:00. Please note that you may not be able to see the show due to traffic or other circumstances.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
- Eating is not permitted inside the bus.
- If you plan to take a flight after the tour, please allow plenty of extra time. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight due to traffic congestion or other delays.
- The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather. If the tour is cancelled, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Any bank transfer fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If any facility or sightseeing spot cannot be visited on the day due to bad weather or other circumstances, no partial refund or price adjustment will be provided.
- Due to events or other circumstances, it may not be possible to visit Umikaji Terrace. In this case, the time spent at American Village and Okinawa World will each be extended by 30 minutes.
- When making your reservation, please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the Tour carefully.

【Audio Guidance】
- Automatic audio guidance is available on the bus.
- The automatic audio guidance system provides information about each sightseeing spot when the bus passes designated GPS points. This service is available only while on the bus.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones are required. Please bring your own if you wish to use the service.
- The audio guidance uses your location information to play the appropriate commentary. Please make sure that GPS/location services are turned ON.
- As this is a complimentary service, no refund will be provided if the audio guidance cannot be used due to technical issues or other problems.
