Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

【On the Day of the Tour】

  • There will be no signs at the meeting place, so please use the bus as a landmark. The bus is white with three blue stripes and has "CERULEAN BLUE" written on it.
  • Please note that you might seat next to unknown guests.
  • Bus seats will be assigned by us.

【Important Notes】

  • If the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not reached, the tour may be canceled. This will be determined 2-3 days in advance, and you will be notified if the tour is not conducted.
  • Due to road conditions on the day of the tour, the stay time at each sightseeing spot and the schedule may change.
  • From October 2, 2020, an additional admission fee of ¥100 is required for Manzamo.
  • Lunch is not included, so please have lunch during free time (about 150 minutes) at the Tropical Dream Center (Ocean Expo Park).
  • Some participants may choose to visit the Churaumi Aquarium instead of the Tropical Dream Center. 
  • The schedule may shift slightly due to traffic conditions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
  • Eating inside the bus is prohibited. 
  • If you plan to fly after the tour, please ensure at least 2 hours between the tour end time and your flight departure. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic delays.
  • If you plan to shop at T Galleria, you can be dropped off and dismissed there on your way back.
  • The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. In such cases, refunds will be made via bank transfer. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds will be given for missed spots due to bad weather or other reasons on the day.
  • Please read the travel conditions carefully when applying.

【Voice Guidance Information】

  • Scheduled to start from December 15, 2023.
  • Audio voice guidance will be available inside the bus.
  • The audio voice guidance system provides information about each location only when passing through specified points via GPS. It can only be used inside the bus.
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android compatible) and earphones are required, so please bring them if you wish to use this service.
  • The guidance uses location information for playback. Please turn on GPS settings to use it.
