If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Important Tour Information and Notes
The tour may be cancelled if the minimum required number of 5 participants is not met. This decision will be made 2–3 days before the tour. We will contact you if the tour cannot operate.
The time spent at each sightseeing location and the tour schedule may change depending on traffic conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
Lunch is not included. Please use the time at each sightseeing location to purchase and enjoy your own meal.
The Super Eisa Show at Okinawa World is scheduled for the following times:
10:30–11:00
12:30–13:00
14:30–15:00

Please note that you may not be able to see the show due to traffic conditions or other circumstances.
Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
Eating is not permitted inside the bus.
If you plan to take a flight after the tour, please allow plenty of time. We cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight due to traffic congestion or other delays.
The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather. If the tour is cancelled, refunds will be issued by bank transfer. Any bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
If any facility cannot be visited on the day due to bad weather or other circumstances, no partial refund will be provided.
Depending on events or other circumstances, the tour may be unable to stop at Umikaji Terrace. In that case, the time spent at American Village and Okinawa World will each be extended by 30 minutes.

About Shuri Castle
Admission to the paid area of Shuri Castle is included in the tour.
Starting November 23, 2026, the main hall of Shuri Castle will reopen to the public. However, admission tickets for viewing the interior of the main hall are not included in our bus tour.
From November 23, 2026, the exterior of the main hall (rear side) can be viewed from the elevated observation deck within the paid area.
Admission to the paid area of Shuri Castle is included in the tour.
Starting November 23, 2026, the main hall of Shuri Castle will reopen to the public. However, admission tickets for viewing the interior of the main hall are not included in our bus tour.

About Banta Cafe by Hoshino Resorts: Closure Dates
When Banta Cafe is closed, the tour will stop at Onna no Eki instead.

Banta Cafe closes on several occasions throughout the year.

【Audio Guidance】
- Automatic audio guidance is available on the bus.
- The automatic audio guidance system provides information about each sightseeing spot when the bus passes designated GPS points. This service is available only while on the bus.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones are required. Please bring your own if you wish to use the service.
- The audio guidance uses your location information to play the appropriate commentary. Please make sure that GPS/location services are turned ON.
- As this is a complimentary service, no refund will be provided if the audio guidance cannot be used due to technical issues or other problems.
